Malaysia share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.5 points to 1,694.64. Volume was 57.2 million lots worth RM20.9 million.Gainers outnumbered losers 85 to 81.

Malaysia share prices closed lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 10.44 points to 1,686.51. Volume was 2.1 billion lots worth RM2.05 billion.Gainers outnumbered losers 449 to 383.

Technical Report of Kuala Lumphur Stock Exchange

Malaysia share prices opened lower on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.13 points to 1,700.90.Volume was 72.16 million lots worth RM28.70 million.Losers outnumbered gainers 109 to 64.Malaysian shares closed higher on Wednesday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 2.08 points to 1,707.11.Some 2.38 billion lots, valued at RM2.19 billion were traded. Gainers outnumbered losers 537 to 310.

Malaysian Palm oil inventories expanded from 5.5% to 2.63 million

Palm oil inventories in Malaysia climbed to an all-time high in September as production of the world's most- used cooking oil stayed near a record.Stockpiles expanded 5.5% to 2.63 million metric tons from 2.49 million tons in August, data from the Malaysian Palm Oil Board showed Monday. The median estimate in a Bloomberg survey last week was for reserves to jump to 2.70 million tonnes. Inventories at the end of September surpassed the previous record in December 2012 by 910 tonnes.

Malaysia share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.33 points to 1,703.210.Volume was 71.8 million lots worth RM26.04 million.Gainers outnumbered losers 135 to 81.

MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Monday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index adding 3.32 points to close at 1,709.86.Some 2.09 billion lots, valued at RM2.20 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 430 while losers numbered 404.

FTSE Bursa Malaysia opened high at 11.39 points

MALAYSIAN share prices opened high on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 11.39 points to 1658.98.Volume was 48.1 million lots worth RM15.2 million.Gainers outnumbered losers 175 to 48.

Malaysian shares closed higher on Tuesday, with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 14.92 points to 1,662.51.Some 2.13 billion lots, valued at RM2.12 billion, were traded. Gainers outnumbered losers 495 to 363.

The ringgit, which slid to a fresh 17-year low on Thursday – RM 3.8288 against the US dollar before closing at RM 3.8190.
